Subtitles?

I like this movie and wanted to watch it, but the subtitles are somehow not very good. It is frustrating to watch this and know there are nuances going on and the subtitles pretty much miss them. Like when the guy is interviewing for the house, or when he is talking to the girl student in his office who he has the affair with. It seemed to me there was a lot more going on there, as well as with the wife. I am just 1/2 way into the show, but it is really interesting, I just wish I could understand it better or more fully.
