I don't think Howard is such a bad guy

Not nessecarily "bad" per se, but he does have a way of coming off as somewhat condescending & patronizing, which is what rubs Jimmy/Kim the wrong way.

No. But the two likable lovebird lawyers who are in the process of ruining his life… well they are.
