Why do so many people waste their time coming on to this board saying they hate the series?? It's a harmless kids movie, my 6 year old daughter loved it, I can't imagine she'd sit through Star Wars!! Not every movie needs to be an artistic masterpiece.. So much negativity, it's sad :(

I usually draw the line when bathroom humor and flatulence jokes show up. While it's certainly nothing new, these things have been increasingly prevalent in children's movies, betraying an inexcusable acceptance of the lowest forms of screenwriting extant today. There are all sorts of subjects that can be used to create very enjoyable children's films that are educational as well.
Just because a kid enjoys a movie is no reason by itself to rank it highly. I should stress that I also strongly advocate a parent's right to determine which movies are acceptable for his children to watch. If you want to let your kids watch "Alvin and the Chipmunks", that's your decision to make…

My kids just saw Batman & Robin and loved it.

This is a between toddler and preteen movie and I have no idea about the hate.
As an adult I enjoyed it.
I thought it was fun.
I have kids.
I love going to the movies.
I enjoy watching kids movies.
