We might be living the sequel soon

Interesting observation (posted April 2020). I was thinking the same thing, but, weirdly, house prices are up more than ever here in Florida. Not sure if it's people relocating from other states or foreign investors but mid-range houses are getting snapped up in days, usually above their list price. Haven't seen hardly any foreclosure sales.
