One of the reasons why there is no valid evidence presented, is because much of it is a one time thing, or happens so irregularly that it's extremely difficult to record because you don't know when it's going to occur. My own experience was just sounds; and it would happen at random times. How could I document sounds? It wasn't something anyone could see, and for all they knew, I might be making the noises myself. Yet, I, my wife, inlaws, nephew and niece, all experienced the same thing: the sounds of someone walking along the hall way on the floor above where we were, along with the creaking of the floorboards progressing as the footsteps were heard. Yet we never saw anything, or anything more than the footsteps. I don't know how to document such a thing. But I did experience it, and so did the others; none of us would ever have admitted it, until one night both my wife and I heard it, and instantly turned to look at the other, both of us saying the same thing at the same time: 'Did you hear that too?'. Both of us had, but were afraid to say anything because we thought the other would think we were crazy. Only after we both heard it, did we ask other relatives who had been in our house on their own, if they had ever heard anything 'unusual'. Only then did they tell us the very same thing that we had experienced. So I can't just say that all these 'ghost stories' are made up. Because maybe they DID experience it. There's no way to really know.
