Andie's accent

I was trying to google what accent is Andie supposes to speak in the series. I know she's southern, she's has been acting with British accent before (apparently people didn't care for it too much but I've had no problem with it) but I seriously can't place her accent in the show to anywhere. The show is happening somewhere near Seattle (near Canadian border?) I guess, but her's isn't really anything I'd imagine someone speaking as someone who has lived her entire life on that part of the US.
Sounds something like southern is trying to speak with upper class British with some words but some just sound like her native language wasn't English and is speaking with some sharper consonants than English language has. (i.e. thinking -> thinkink)
