The concept does not work when it comes down the final game play of Deal or No Deal. The person playing is up for elimination so there is no reason to take any offer until the final 2 cases remain because at that point it's a 50/50 chance the player having the higher amount in the case.

The player up for elimination shouldn't care about the amount because if they are eliminated, the amount added to the final dollar amount is meaningless to them so just wait until you have the best odds of 50/50 before letting the chips fail where they may.

I only just caught the show. I found it all pretty confusing. I was channel surfing and saw Boston Rob on the TV. They might have mentioned his involvement in the promos, i'd have been watching from the getgo.
