Didn't really get it, but kinda liked it

This movie reminded me a lot of Contracted for some reason. It had a similar theme and look. That, combined with a low budget version of Black Swan.

The overall plot seemed like a disorganized mess. Like the director didn't exactly know what he was aiming for. In my opinion, there were a lot of things that just didn't make sense and didn't add up to anything spectacular. I hate to use this term...but it struck me as being rather pretentious. Like a lot of scenes didn't seem to have a whole lot of meaning, and were simply there for shock factor.

But with all of that said, for whatever reason, I still kinda enjoyed it. The plot had potential. I think it could've been great. The film had it's strong moments and weak moments. And I must say, the leading actress was great. She was the glue that held the film together. In fact, I would almost say that her talent was wasted on such a disorganized film. It could've been better. But still, I watched the whole movie. It was amusing to say the least. Worth at least one viewing.
