Can Kristine Barnett and Natalia herself sue authors of this documentary?

They were crucified by authors here. They even showed Kristine’s very private semi nude pictures. Which is actually a "revenge pron". It was embarrassing and they were private. Husband basically admits to stole them from her own cloud that she didnt knew exist. She just took pictures for herself and he stole it and gave to authors of documentary who aired them.

She should sue them for millions.

And so many accusations were thrown at Natalia by father. But she is alive and can answer them. Its not like this is some dead victim or criminal.
