After watching all the way through, I actually liked it.

I thought this was better than any of the XL shows, because it had a point and a narrative.

I really enjoy the Naked and Afraid shows, but I've never been able to get through an XL. I find them tedious to watch and fairly pointless. The show is much better in a one-episode-and-done format.

However, this one actually had a storyline (reality or scripted, which) that was reasonably entertaining to follow and there was at least some manner of suspense because there was something at stake. Who would tap? Who would lose the elimination challenge? It was actually a fun watch for me.
