They did an amazing makeup job making Kevin look old

When Nora opened the door and it showed him i was taken back by how damn good a job they did with the makeup making him look older, it looked so realistic, you could never tell it was a makeup job. Its pretty much what imagine Justin Theroux will look like in his late 50's or 60's.

So props to the makeup effects crew, amazing job, great job on Nora as well, both was so well done.

Kevin's makeup job was so good that one couldn't help but notice how realistic it was. They didn't go overboard making him look older. It was just right.

Nora's wasn't so good, I'm afraid. They made her skin look blotchy and thought that'll do the trick, but it didn't. There's more than white hair and sun exposure in aging. As for Laurie, she looked pretty much the same to me.

Yeah that was the best thing about Kevin's makeup job, they didn't overdo it, it was very subtle, they added just enough wrinkles and just enough grey in the hair.

Yeah Nora's wasn't as good as Kevin's cause they did kinda overdo it on some aspects, but i thought it looked ok, wasn't too bad.

It was so good, it almost distracted me at points. Very well done. They didn't put that much efford in Laurie and Nora (or maybe it was intentional). Their make-up was still good, especially compared to some of the aging make-up being done in other things. And it wasn't CG (at least I didn't notice there being any), and that's always a plus in my book.
