Setrakian in the Season 4 promo

People making too big a deal about him maybe becoming strigoi. If he does, it will be at the end, and that wasn't a shot of it, is my guess. The shot looks way too self-aware before the tongue shoots out. I'm thinking it's either intentional misdirect made just for the promo, or part of a dream sequence. Also, of course consider his fate in the books.
