So? Here's what I don't get. There are plenty of shows that appeal to men, teenagers, women, kids, Baby Boomers, etc. In fact, it's highly recommended for producers to have a target audience so the show has a clear sense of self and pointed direction. This particular production is aimed more at women, though my husband still finds it funny. My qualm with comments like yours is the implication that it being "female humor" makes it somehow less valid. Is it not still humor? If women are laughing at it, does that cancel the validity for some reason? It's like a male-geared movie is just called a movie, but a female-geared movie is dubbed a "chick flick." Why does there have to be an additional and demeaning quantifier on something if women enjoy it? Almost like-- it's not funny, only women laugh at it. Okay.... but that's still a valid opinion, just so you know.
