Actually, per capita, blacks commit the majority of murder in the U.S. overall. Additionally, blacks are much more likely to kill a white person than vice versa... and blacks kill more blacks than whites kill whites.
Proof? Page-13 Figure-20a of the current U.S. Department of Justice (OJP, Bureau of Justice Statistics) publication shows that black on white homicide is at a much higher rate than white on black. As well, Page-12 Table-7 has the overall homicide rate for blacks at 52.5%, and for whites it's 45.3%. Now, considering the population differences, with whites as a majority population in the U.S.... that's a pretty terrible score for blacks. Moreover, per the same statistics, published by a department of the federal government which runs the FBI, and is headed by a black man... Page-13 Figure-19 shows that 84% of white victims were killed by whites, whereas 93% of black victims were killed by blacks.

Actually, that's nonsense. It's a contradiction in terms. A group cannot commit a majority of murders 'per capita'; they can commit the majority of murders or more murders per capita.

A greater instance of blacks killing whites doesn't make them more likely to do so in the future. What you seem to be trying to say (or, perhaps, avoiding saying because it doesn't sound as scary) is that blacks have killed more whites in x year than whites have killed blacks. Why you think that's in itself worth noting is anyone's guess, considering that there are five times as many whites as blacks in the US. You might as well make spurious inferences about the tastiness of chicken based on the fact that it's more commonly-eaten than caviar.

When there's a physiological predisposition to violence, as well as a long history of criminality, common sense says "It will happen again and again".
Now, understand that American blacks have a national IQ average of 80, which is classified as borderline mental retardation (WAIS-IV). Likewise, Sub-Saharan African blacks have an average IQ of 70. Additionally, blacks have very high distribution of the low activity Monoamine oxidase-A enzyme (both 2R and 3R allele), which is connected to violent and anti-social behavior... so, it has little if anything to do with alleged "mistreatment" or "poverty", or any of the other tired and ridiculous apologist arguments often provided as justification for wantonly aggressive behavior.
They've had every opportunity to succeed, and have had it better in the last 50 years than they ever have in their entire history, yet every predominantly black population in the world still tops the homicide list—not just blacks in the U.S. And while most of those populations are indeed impoverished, their poverty is merely a symptom of ignorance and indolence and nothing more.
