Is that it’s painfully boring. The story is completely useless to the overall SW universe. It feels more like a side film than it does a real entry in the SW saga. Everything that happens in this movie makes you go “what was the point of that???”
God this movie sucks.
Star wars sucked since the phantom menace.
We were all pulled into that series because we wanted to see a new star wars film in theaters. That was the audience's mistake. What followed was epic trash. People defend star wars as though the prequels were okay. They were not. We were just too busy getting a nostalgia hit to notice at the time. Now, because of that reaction, Lucas films and Disney thought they could revisit the series and make tons of cash. I hoped the audience would have known better. They didn't.
Now, a bunch of people are angry because Star Wars is just another series. Well, if the audience and haters keep watching it, Disney will continue to make worse sequels.
