What happened to Thomas?

I can't remember from the 1st season. Did he get killed?

He disappeared with all of the other police officers at the Helping Hand when the 'Horde' came for Victor, Camille, etc.

But his body wasn't found the same time as the others who were tied to the trees.

I think I disliked both him and Adele the most.
