I completely missed who the man is that has a wife obsessed with Fabergé eggs. There is that scene between Tommy and Alfie where they are talking about it. I thought Alfie looked scared. What did I miss?

shareAlfie never actually says who it is. But during the altercation when tommy says that he knows there was a name left off the list, he also mentions that "it must be him that Alfie is protecting because it must be his enemy" (not verbatim, but you get the idea).
When Tommy turns around to leave he shouts at Michael to call moss to tell him "it's palmer".
Next scene is moss circling Palmers name on paper and then bringing him to Arthur and john in the cell.

In addition to what everyone else has said,IIRC, Tommy is in the car with the priest after Charles is kidnapped and is told by the priest that he and his people know about the heist Tommy is doing, and that to bring them everything, including a Faberge egg specifically because one of his people's wives is obsessed with them.
