Still hoping Quicksilver comes back

After Age of Ultron came out Aaron Taylor-Johnson said he wasn't signed on to any more Marvel films, dashing the hopes of people who wanted Quicksilver to come back. However since Endgame established the multiverse and the title for the upcoming Doctor Strange film that further solidifies the multiverse, I don't see why he couldn't come back. Especially since in phase four we're going to be seeing a lot more Scarlet Witch. If she could find a way to get her bother back, don't you think she would? Marvel also could've approached ATJ again about coming back to the role.
