Complete waste of time

I was bored so I watched this travesty and then I realized NOTHING is less boring than this excuse for a movie.

As Orlando Jones hasn't been in a movie since 2011, he decided to co-produce this travesty so he could be in it. Van Damme looks like a drunk clown in this - he REALLY aged badly. And he always puts one of his no talent kids in the movie (or should I say DVD as these never make it to the theater). At least his son has enough shame to go by the name Van Varenberg instead of Van Damme.

EVERY part of this movie was horrible and a complete waste of time. Thankfully I watched a free copy so I only wasted my time and not my money as well.

"Drunk clown" sums up his performance very well, unfortunately. The whole movie felt small and JCVD lacked menace or charisma. All the quirks they gave to his character just made him look ridiculous.

It was a bad choice for him, but I think he's still capable of good work, e.g. Assassination Games, which was only a couple of years ago.

Van Damme is an environmentalist or so he claims in his reality-series, so that stuff may've been added at his own suggestion. It's a nice idea, but he doesn't pull it off. While his acting improved a lot recently, this movie is not the best evidence to that. It's not boring enough to stop watching, but it has some problems in the story department. Tom Everett Scott did surprisingly good. Just like in Timecop a lot of Van Damme fighting happens in the dark. Still, John Hyams made a quality product. It's not Capricorn One or Busting, but it's well made.

Saw it and loved it! JCVD was a crazy badass in this one.

What if Ronald McDonald dropped acid, he would be JCVD in this movie... So sad

I heard someone say, "Carlos Estevez looks JUST like Charlie Sheen!" Good grief...

Hey everybody, this movie's not so great. Unless you're a big Van Damme fan, don't bother sitting through this. It occasionally has its moments and it's fun to see VD play a zany villain (with little screentime), there's one fight scene that's a little original. But for the most part, this is 90s minutes of people running around in the woods in the dark. There's probably some interesting fight choreography going on, but it's too dark to tell. Packed full of cliches and they're not even well executed.

Personally, I loved his performance! Good energy! I'm ssure he loved play the role. His character made the movie for me! The movie was ok, the good guys as not good contenders against the bad guy, but when you have great bad guy, any movie is better!

I think its one of Van Damme's best movies in recent years. Van Damme was great with his over the top, scenery chewing performance, and I quite liked Tom Everett Scott and Orlando Jones as the unlikely partners. They made a good team and I wouldn't be averse to a sequel even.
