Could mom have even breast fed? (SPOILERS)

Um.
Im trying to enjoy the flick and mom comes walking downstairs in her pj's and I notice her mostly flat chest. Fine. They can be fun too, but I was left wondering if she has two boys that I presume she was supposed to have given birth to, could she have breast fed them as babies with those little ant hills?
Is that even possible? Dont you need some actual type of boobage to deliver the milk?
