As a straight male I gotta give it to Stephens, huge tranformation between s2 - s3. He was looking a bit more "civilized" with his longer/tied back hair and perfectly trimmed beard/stache, now he is just an all out savage hell bent on vengeance. Shaved head fits perfectly with this new Flint. "I dare any heathen to try and scalp me now!"

shareI second Zach McGowan as Charles Vane. I find him ridiculously attractive. I know Zach is not a (traditionally) handsome man and, on the show, he's mostly sweaty and dirty, but the way he moves and his voice apparently override everything else in my mind, lol.
Luke Arnold as John Silver is looking good this season, too. He'd probably be my second choice.
As for Toby Stephens/Flint and Tom Hopper/Billy, while I can certainly see the appeal, they don't do much for me, for some reason.

To me, Flint is the sexiest. Toby Stephens really is beautiful, and so incredibly charismatic. Love his voice as well.
Of course in my opinion, he lost a LOT of his sex appeal by cutting his hair (he has the most beautiful hair). But he is still very sexy.
I also rather dig Charles Vane. There is a kind of animalistic sex appeal to his character. I don't find him as handsome as Flint, but he is sexy.
And finally I would say John Silver can be quite hot as well.
Fortunately we don't have to narrow it down to one choice. There are so many great-looking guys in the cast, there's someone for everybody!
I've been pining for Luke Arnold's Long John Silver through most of the series so far... but now that we've met Ben Gunn, as played by Chris Fisher, I don't know.
