Hate the title

Around 7 years I published a novel called A Private War. It had to do with one soldier serving in Vietnam, struggling with his own feeling against the war, leading to his desertion from the Army and alienation from all things American. Before choosing the title, I researched whether it had been used before, not wanting another movie or book with the same name. There were none at the time, but now there is. When I saw it advertised on Amazon's website I about jumped out of my chair. Nothing to be done, though, as there are no copyrights for titles. Alas.
