Why didn't the bad guys threaten to rape the daughter?

that would have made him come out of hiding, right? It's not like they had any morals...

Look, we aren't going to put pedophiles on the screen, okay? When you direct a film, you can put that in. I did like the part where she got slapped by Stentz.

Yes, the murder is worse than a rape. But they wouldn't dare do that in a film-a rape on a child. Not in a film like this.
