In the laboratory, i saw some kind of alien corpse lying on the table which was totally ripped of and it's face like exactly mrs.shaw?? Is David transform mrs. Shaw some kind of alien life form by experiments before she died or used her body to give birth other life form?

He did some kind of experiment. It showed her dead in his drawings. And the dialog briefly mentioned that she didn't die in an accident. I don't think that was her on the table.
