Close your mouth please...

I think women and girls who do not close their mouths are very annoying. It is a distraction for me... I can't stop thinking: "Close your mouth please... you look dumb".

And what was it with people eating in this movie... it was gross. Almost forgot to mention the snot fest... yummie.

LOL I am like ten minutes into this movie right now and I had to stop just to come here and see if anyone else had a problem with the fact that this girl simply cannot close her damn mouth while she's eating. I've never been so happy for having to rely on subtitles.

Apparently she never learned the simplest of manners - to close your damn mouth when you're eating. If it was for the character I could understand, but as mentioned here, the actress actually does it. She indeed eats like a fricken pig. *smack chew smack glob gulp smack lick finger lick knife smack smack* gross, yo

I think she is adorable in a piggy way!

I think she is beautiful. Her face is unique. I never saw her in anything before but loved her in this film.

I agree. A lot of Adele's eating, especially involving pasta should've been cut out. Would've saved a good twenty minutes. I hate watching people eat like the Cookie Monster. It's gross in real life, it's gross on screen.

I read that some of Adele's scenes were filmed out of character, when she was eating or hanging around the set. Almost a documentary style. That was why some of the scenes might seem... is 'unprofessional' the right word? Also why the character was given her real name, so Adele could literally be herself.

I saw that as an extremely cute and sexy feature on her. The aggressive way she eats too is subtly erotic. It offers an adorable nature to the character, which is also something the actress Adele appears to have in real life.
