So, at the end of the day, we realize that Mickey (SPOILERS) was a contemptible scumbag all along

Mickey was a Narcissistic scumbag.
I’m rewatching the complete Ray Donovan series. For all its seasons, I had to read posts about how “funny, cute, cool and lovable” Ray’s scumbag father Mickey (brilliantly played by Jon Voight) is. At the very end, after he has cowardly left his granddaughter Bridget’s fiancé to die like an animal in the street, and we have learned that Mickey drove Ray’s sister Bridget to suicide, while Mickey forced her to carry a baby inside her, do we realize that to Mickey a piece of shit is far more than what he deserved.

I am not criticizing the show. The writing, and most of the acting was Top Shelf. The narrative left all the clues that you needed. So many of you decided that Mickey was cool. So many of you stuck with Lost and The Walking Dead, too.
