Who enjoyed the film?

I watched it this evening and I thought it was decent.

Much better than Scary Movie 3 and 4. It wasn't a pop culture *beep* fest and actually tried to develop a story.I wouldn't say it's a masterpiece, but for people to come here and say its trash is pretentious and snobby.

The movie was kind of fun up until towards the end when they didn't seem to know where or how to wrap it up. Besides that, it was what I expected.

I hope there's a sequal. I think it reset the bar for spoofs. After scary movie 2, the bombardment and lack of ANY substance in spoof movies has raised. This might hopefully have them trying a tad bit harder.

This was surprisingly funny.

"I got to go, she's walking the dog. What's wrong? The dog is dead."

I almost fell out my seat lmfao.

I just saw this movie today because it's on my Netflix and I googled Cedric the Entertainer. I wasn't expecting it to be on Netflix because they are very lacking in funny stuff from the Wayans. Boy, I wish I had seen this sooner.

It was hilarious. I have watched it three times today and have laughed everytime. Marlon is a genius. He knew the right actors to hire and they all seemed to be having a great time. At the end when he talks to the screen and asks if the ghost is behind him, I found myself nodding yes to him.

This movie is so good. Shout out to Essence Atkins who is one of the funniest women in Hollywood. I heard today that they are making a sequel. Yea!

I actually liked it.
I thought it was pretty hilarious. It did get a little boring towards the end, but I thought it was pretty good overall. It's definitely not going to win an Oscar soon, but the comedy was really straight-forward. I loved that.

the movie was copying the retarded way the original Paranormal activity ended, abrupt and with the girl looking into the camera. so they were pretty much doing what they did.

It only shows how really idiotic that ending was more because this was so over the top with everything else, that the ending was really dumb.

But, I have to say, that Mandingo party at the end was the hardest I've ever laughed in my whole life. I seriously was never expecting that. it caught me by surprise and caught me hard. it was a "tear coming from my eye" kind of funny.

I thought this movie was hilarious! and as the OP said, Much better than all of those other terrible parody movies (aside from Scary Movie 1 & 2)

[I look up to Yoda. Damn, I hope to be as tall as him one day.]

Yeah...it wasn't bad. Entertaining enough...and you get to watch actors of color doing their thing.

Yeah, I didn't mind it at all.

Being a Wayans film, I was expecting it to be low-brow with a few laughs thrown in. I wasn't disappointed, and enjoyed it better than a lot of 'critically acclaimed' comedies.

Harmless, mindless fun.
