If

If people can accept the POTO stage version of the original novel, which the stage show is full of quite a few flaws, I just don't get why so many can't accept LND, and this, the acting and music was horrible is just a load of crap.

Those that LOVE the 25th especially, sorry but bad acting and singing just does not work for me when it was the same two people in the London version.

It's a purist thing. I can tell you I was one when Love never Dies first came out in London. I couldn't stand the idea of a sequel to anything; it changes our ideas of things and makes us have to try and to mental hoops to fix our own personal 'canon' in our head. and to be fair, how many other hit musicals (or even non hit musicals) actually have a sequel after the 'ever after?' it was a new and jarring thing.

With that said, I forget how I first saw LND. I think the video of Ben's 'Till I hear you sing' came on and I loved it. The Phantom LOOKED like the Phantom (was not a fan of Ramin's LND Phantom), sounded like a Phantom and I started watching one clip after the other till I finally gave in and bought the movie so I could see the whole thing. I think it's beautiful (so very beautiful).
