Preteen girl version of The Hangover. Got it. :-P

As someone who is NOT in the target audience for this movie, I actually find it a pretty bold move, one that, while still being formulaic of what came before it, also shows respect for the movie it was inspired from. I'm only 23 minutes in, and I'm already interested to see what type of disasters await these 3 (but technically 4 since one is missing :-P) best friends who are still a good 7-8 years away from being old enough to actually recreate The Hangover in it's original form... :-P
So yeah... 8-10 on the intro to the story at least.

Ok, I'm now a little over half way through, and I gotta say, Veronica is my favorite character of the 3. She ain't cool, but don't care, she owns that shit. :-P She's funny enough to get away with playing the "Alan" of the group (though she's far less of a loser than Alan :-P ). I dunno who she is but I doubt she's gonna have problems finding work after this movie. :-)

ALSO also, now that i've watched the whole thing, they really did a great job re-imagining The Hangover for a young teen girl audience. I mean, it's basically shot-for-shot of the source material, converted into young teen girl context, but it worked pretty well to tell the same story, without telling the same story. You know what I mean?
I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Before I started watching, I assumed it was gonna be somewhere in the 4-5 range, but the writing surprised me. I don't know how well it was received by its target audience, but I imagine it was mostly positive.

I thought it was really entertaining and fun. The girls all did a good job. I would rate it an 8/10.
