liked, didn't love

Watched this as I thought it was a coming of age drama. Turns out it's a comedy with drama elements. Fortunately the comedy is actually funny. Same sort of tone as 'Edge of Seventeen'.

The last 20 minutes are a little too sickly to really make it a 4 star film and the parents are funnier than the kids. Worth watching though.
