Charles needs to stop using Hal!

Seriously, I don't understand why Charles keeps using Hal in his stings.

For those who don't remember, on one of the episodes, Hal had been caught stealing. Somewhere along the way, Charles decided to use him as one of his mystery diners.

The first time, Hal couldn't keep away from the booze. Then on the episode I just saw the other day (where he was supposed to be a customer waiting for a meal delivery), he fell asleep and only woke up when the producer went and shook him.

I also meant to add that I know Charles has a soft spot for Hal (He said this),but OMG, Hal is going to really blow it one of these days!

That might be a concern, if this show wasn't totally scripted and completely fake.

The original Hal episode must have been a high rated episode. So they decided to bring the actor that played Hal back multiple times.

How many times does he have to screw up for him to be gone. Obviously it's all scripted. A real boss would have fired him for drinking on the job the first time and then he falls asleep on his next job, I mean seriously. Charles is brought in to "stop people that do stuff like that" but yet won't get rid of Hal. In the episode he ended up drinking at the bar he was also caught dancing at the a rave they were there to uncover.
