And what about the money

Just had a chance to see this, and the one question that was left open.......what really happened to the money.

There's a recent Netflix documentary about Clarence Avant, and it touches on Sussex Records (which is how I first heard of Rodriguez). In the end, the label just wasn't successful, and folded. My guess....and only a guess. The profits went to keeping the label going, and there was some shady dealings otherwise to keep the truth from Rodriguez.

As for the documentary, this documentary, that was one big question that was left unanswered. Granted, the film as a whole is fulfilling, it really doesn't need that extra detail.
