Anyone else angry about the driving on drugs joke?

His joke about not looking out the front window for 25 minutes while driving on the highway really made me lose respect for him. His excuse for getting in the car was that he had to drive back to the hotel because he had a rental car (?!)

By saying that with no apology or disclaimer whatsoever, he basically broadcasted to everyone else that driving on drugs is an ok thing to do. Either he is a psychopath or desperate for material (or both?).

I lost a lot of respect for him after that.

No. Nobody else is angry about it.

Right. its obvious the op has never been high on marijuana before. when i heard that joke i knew exactly what he meant. its not that he hadn't been looking out the window for 20 mins its just that what it felt like because its like your thinking intensely or just really preoccupied with other stuff. but you are still aware that you are driving

"Everyone has an opinion....and then you die."

Obviously the OP didn't pay attention to the beginning of the show or he was the guy text messaging in the crowd with his big dumb face lit up by the touch screen. You were supposed to write your complaints down, then get up and go to the lobby, and go home and kill yourself. The show was a comedy stand up, your not supposed to take everything he says literally or be so selfish to think he is directly talking to you.

I liked his bit from the other stand up special about the word fa##got. He would never call gay people fa##gots, only people who are acting like one.

OP: You shouldn't make jokes about that stuff!!

C.K: Shut up fa##got!

I actually didn't know of anyone who drove while high or stoned until a friend of mine told me that he drove home once while high on acid. I told him he was freaking crazy, but he said he just stayed in the left lane and tried not to drive too fast. I think it's definitely possible, but I doubt anyone would advise it for safety reasons. And Louis wasn't saying "Hey guys, it's a great idea" when he did it. That's why it was a funny story for comedy.
