Was Sophie part of the Assassin bloodline?

I could have sworn that one of the female Assassins that were surrounding Cal looked exactly like Sophie and she recognized that, too. That's why their bodyguard had to physically drag her off, to board the helicopter. Did anyone else see this?

The novel confirms everything said in the opening post. One of the assassin holograms looked almost exactly like Sophia. This hologram stared at her and drew her attention.
