child abduction is a priority so why would there be no police

the amount of phonecalls made to the police and the ridiculous responses that there were no police to come and aid the couple with regard to the girl being abducted/amber alert is ridiculous and unrealistic

I agree. The cops should have been there sooner. When they found his house I was thinking that they should have called the cops and said someone is shooting and people have been shot. Cops and ambulance would have been there in minutes. I was like don't even fck with the Amber Alert *beep*

It seems like the cops never even showed up except the highway officer, who knew NOTHING about the Amber alert? Like don't they make that well known throughout the state, country even!
So unrealistic, it pissed me off

Unless there is an active shooter cops can drag ass.

I remember a story in Ohio. This young girl and her cousin were walking to a wendys a pimp abducted them. Somehow the young girls father found out where they were at drove to the address and called the cops waited for 20 mins and decided to go into the house with a weapon. After doing that a fight broke out outside a lot of neighbors witnessed it called the cops who still didn't arrive and they didn't get there til like 40 later. Nobody died but those stupid ass initially arrested the father initially after he was sent to the hospital but then dropped the charges.

As bad as this movie is its not unrealistic
