What are some of the most bone headed moments of the series...

Not necessarily plot holes, just dumb moves on the characters parts, a few that come to mind:

- Ryan Hardy going to that cult camp to capture Joe and instead of waiting for back-up he throws his celluar phone away and proceeds alone (we all know how that turned out).

- After deducing that Lily is a follower instead of playing it off and arresting her, he gives her the menancing I know who you really are look - of course she runs and gets away.

Jacob trusting Emma. How stupid can you get? He knew what Emma was. His own subconscious attempted to warn him with nightmares and a "ghost" and he ignored it. Did he fall on his head when he was a kid?

I've only seen the first season so I'm not reading the rest of this thread, don't need the spoilers.

Near the end of the finale, the hacker gets shot in the head and goes down. Guess what happens next? LOL

There sure were plenty. For me the most wtf-moment so far was when Mark jumped of the ship into the water and neither Hardy nor Weston went after him, as if he jumped into a volcano. Unless Mark can grow gills, he would have to emerge momentarily and they could easily snatch him. Liek, how fast can he swim with a bullet in leg?

Every time they just stood there staring at a getaway car from like ten feet away and did nothing instead of shooting out the tires.

started watching this mess on Netflix the other day and I get to season 1, episode 7...Joe's escape: So the US Marshalls and the FBI are all around the warden after they discover the back of the prison transport was empty...the warden confesses to Joe using the lawyer to get out aaaand...only 1 agent (and 1 deputized consultant) are sent in pursuit.. REALLY???

This show is terrible....awful...wont be watching season 2

If you keep watching, get used to that trope. It's going to come up again a few times. Okay, a lot. Okay, every episode.

Season one, when the FBI lady is buried alive. She calls the FBI on the phone but doesn't remember her location, and they sit around helplessly, speaking on the phone with her until she dies. She has cell phone reception, yet no one thought to ask her to open GPS on her phone and get her location?

The prison transfer.

He got his fingers broken so the warden authorizes an immediate prison transfer.

I haven't even seen the result of this event just yet but it's so absurd (added on many previous absurdities) that i turned off netflix. It's like I can read the future.
