Could Judith have kids? Caution-light spoilers...

Now, I missed like 15 minutes of the movie, but what I saw was enough, and I recorded it without the first 15 minutes. It was on BET, so you know 15 minutes is like 45 minutes on that network.

Throughout the movie I noticed that one part of their struggle seemed to be that she had no kids. Was that made clear in the beginning? Not to say that a married couple should or shouldn't have kids, Im not judging married couples on that, but this leads up to my spoiler...

In the end, after all the drama, and the husband moves on, he has a cute new wife and a kid (or was it 2, I can't remember). This was what Judith had to see as she had to move forward with her struggling with HIV, and the man moved on, had a family and a new wife.

This seemed to imply that maybe all along a family was what he wanted, but he loved Judith, and was willing to give up on that aspiration to be with her. However, she messed up, and the man went on to bigger things.

However, I think that this movie is a case study. It says why she does what she does, and gives the message that there are consequences to your actions, which is true. So, I loved this movie and would recommend it!

Another thing, why was Judith somewhat heavier looking in the end? Was that the effect of the drugs on her?

The beginning was where she was counseling this couple and she told them the story of what happened to her "sister". When she starts the story she is dating Brice and they soon get married and they go on from there. She and Brice never got to the point of having kids because she met Harley and things went downhill from there. So had there been no Harley I'm sure they would have eventually had kids.

Why she was heavier in the end, I don't know. It could have been from the medication. Although not everyone who has HIV/AIDS lose weight.
