I'm not sure it's worth it but hey! Beetlejuice can be as zany as it likes and so there's no reason to think it can't be painted into a more modern take with a lot of the charm of the original.
Think it was done perfectly the first time. Unless they bring Burton back I don't see the point.

Geena, Alec and Winona could all still be in it with Keaton coming back for revenge.

For sure. Also IMO Keaton and Baldwin have aged really well. Have not seen Geena or Winona in a while so I can't speak for them. As for Catherine O'Hara, on her new show she looks pretty much the same as she did in BJ. She wears crazy wigs and way too much makeup (part of the character she plays)
shareGeena looks pretty much the same, Winona was only 15 in that movie. Eh, Baldwin looks pretty chunky now unless he's lost weight lately IDK. He should slim down a little for Beetlejuice 2. Keaton will be in heavy clumps of makeup anyways so it won't matter.
