So, how did you all come across Banshee?

My girlfriend introduced it to me.

Saw it popping up on watch lists. I was able to binge watch the first season then joined this board to it's conclusion from the beginning of the second.

Ivana Milicevic...

I remembered her from some 'character work' she had done, and I caught a rerun of her episode on the New Hawaii 5-0, so I looked her up on IMDB to see what else she was doing

I read a thread about new shows on another board, and someone mentioned Banshee. The third or fourth episode had just aired. I decided to check out the pilot and caught up within a week.

Was it our Crazytown?

Haha! No, I think it was on the The Walking Dead board, back in the day when I still posted there. But I remember it being mentioned a few times by "Crazytown" inhabitants, in one of those "What are you watching now?" threads.

I've been a fan of Antony Starr ever since I watched Outrageous Fortunes, where he was amazing as the twins, Van and Jethro. Once I knew he was going to be in Banshee, there was never a chance that I was going to miss it.

so bollocks is bad, but dogs bollocks is good?

reply

He's fantastic in the five or so episodes I've seen, but I just can't get my teeth into that show. I wish I could!

I don't know, I'm just not 'feeling' it, I guess.
