Why did he make her change her shirt???

Maybe this is a dumb question. I don't understand why after taking a shower, he (Colin) made her change her blouse (Terri). Why can't she continue wearing what she was already wearing? Was it because her present blouse got wet in the shower? Well, what does he care if she is wearing a wet, uncomfy blouse????

I understand why he made her get in the shower with him (to keep an eye on her), but afterwards why did he make her change her shirt???

Because she was all wet, and he may have wanted to intimidate her.

I didn’t like that direction with his character. He didn’t need to be creepy in that way. It was better when he was just a crazy guy who wanted revenge.
