Did anyone notice the hand prints

I was watching this movie and both my roommate and I noticed that when they first go into the apartment (where the bear comes running out) there is what appears to be hand prints of someone being dragged away on the wall. Asked a couple of other people who've watched it and they didn't see it, wondering how many other people here noticed it.

I noticed it right away on my second viewing of this movie after I picked up the BluRay very cheaply (I didn't see it the first time i watched this a few years ago). At that moment my ass would've been hightailing it back to the car and I would insist on leaving as soon as possible!
