Anyone who watches the trailer for this can see this is nowhere near worthy of a 9.3 rating.
shareI think people affiliated with independent movies like this one will write over-the-top reviews, flood the message boards, and vote and vote again to boost their crappy movie. I reviewed the movie Spike honestly (it sucked, especially the music) and particularly because one of the people associated with the movie kept referring to the "haunting soundtrack." The soundtrack was god-awful, the plot was horrendous, and the acting made no sense to me. My review was voted down immediately. Then I noticed all the reviews panning the movie had an extraordinary amount of negative votes. I would assume the same thing might be happening with this movie.
It's on in a few minutes, and I may watch it. I have homework and could use some background noise. It's at moments like this that I love my DVR.

Protip: When a movie first comes into play on imdb, the crew, cast, and friends give it high ratings, but as you see this all evens out once real people get into the system,
In essence, don't try to fix the system, its fine. Just rate it what you would if it were rated what you wanted it to be and the truth will come out.
Its a below average film. I say 4.4 movie(I gave it a 4), but I wouldn't rate it 1 if I came here ad say it with 9/10 stars with only 10 voters.
