If this was real, I would want to do it and I'm a guy.
I would imagine they would have a female companion made for male guest to woo. The marriage proposal would be tricky.
It looks like a lot of fun. Plus the food looked really good.
I would be cool if couples could go together, and get a bit of training on how to play their parts.

The couples relationship could be written into the story with male and female false suitors who are ultimately spurned for character played by the real partner.
