Huge dip in quality compared to the previous films

The first and second were great. Part 1 of Mockingjay wasn't as good as the first two, but was still very well done.

Part 2 however was a complete dumpster fire. Boring story and felt super rushed and even Lawerence's acting was noticably worse like she was phoning it in compared to the previous films. What the heck happened?
