OK Little Movie

Turned up on UK TV mixed into a great wadge of Hallmark Movie dross and I clicked on it with low expectations. But I it's a likable rom-com with a good cast and a better film than many big budget attempts.
I also like the fact that no one is nasty and that the friends with benefits, Heidi Johanningmeier, is written and played as a friend.

Minor point: at the end of the movie we see a nurse, Ashley Lobo, who looks so like Heidi Johanningmeier I briefly wondered if they were in fact the same person.
