Preachy, Hipster, Liberal Bull***t
But I thought it was a pretty good film. Good cast. Should have lost to The Big Short though

shareOr as the survivors of this horror like to call it: truth.
shareMost people who belong to a certain political party have no respect for life beyond a zygote and could care less about suffering and injustice, unless you try to restrict their gun buying.

You do know that Spotlight is overwhelmingly factual.
So what do you claim was "bull *beep*
Yeah true so true.
Lose the Game!!!!!!!
As someone who has fairly conservative beliefs and hates the entertainment industry's liberal prejudice i can honestly say this movie did very well. And all it did was preach the first amendment and attack the Catholic church. Which should not be described "liberal" or at least not as an insult.
shareThe Catholic Church was certainly liberal, by virtue (or lack thereof) of being immortal!
shareDid your poor little Catholic feelings get hurt? Have a tissue.
share"Preachy" heh
shareThese movies are not about uncovering sexual abuse. They are about vilifying the catholic church instead of blaming the paedophiles who infiltrate churches. Why not make a movie about sexual abuse at the boy scouts or the school? So maybe parents should consider schools as evil as the catholic church. But that doesn't fit the left's agenda. And of course abortion, the worst kind of abuse, is nothing the left cares about. No, they consider it a human right when it's cold-blooded murder.
shareBecause the boyscouts and schools get on the news. This is about taling down the establishment you're right, but it's about showing that no amount of power should be able to hide disgusting acts.
shareWell then, no amount of power should be able to hide the disgusting acts of paedophilia the Church of England's heirarchy has been having. There's been an abundance of gay paedophile scandals involving Anglican priests, bishops, archbishops (many of them married men with children). Yet, while these stories made headlines in the rest of the world, they were censored by Fox News, CNN, NBC, etc. Hmmm...
shareThis world is absolutely f**cked
shareYou've said it! Can you imagine, ex-Bishop of the Church of England Peter Ball was a great friend of Britain's Prince Charles? Now, Peter Ball has spent 32 months in prison and is a registered sex offender.
With all the heinous Church of England gay paedophile scandals sending shock waves throughout the UK, Europe and Latin America it's no wonder the Church of England is going defunct. It's down to a paltry 800,000 members.
They are about vilifying the catholic church instead of blaming the paedophiles who infiltrate churches.
Why not make a movie about the rape of children in the Catholic church and the church covering it up and allowing even more kids to be molested by moving the priests around?
shareMehki_Girl, that movie has already been made. The question is: Why not make a movie about the rape of children in the Protestant Church of England and the church (and the US) covering it up and allowing even more kids to be molested by moving the Church of England's priests, bishops, and archbishops around?
shareScrape the money together, write that movie, and make it yourself if you want that story in the theaters.

Likewise, that Protestant Church of England needs to be vilified as much as possible until that den of flaming bisexual fruitcake married Anglo-Saxon cleric paedophiles is brought crumbling down. (Right now that Church of England has dwindled down to a paltry 800,000 members. Speaks volumes! Hurrah!)
