I'm curious...

When the two judges retreat to their little tent or outdoor table during the technical challenge, and snack on samples of what the contestants are supposed to be baking, who bakes those samples? I've seen all of the series, and I can't remember them ever saying whether they, the judges themselves baked them, or someone else.
