Romina cheats on him, Luke beats him up and he is still with Romina even after 15 years. They don't have any children together, both the kids are Luke's.

Romina didn't cheat on him. She had the fling with Luke, had a baby, and at some point after that met Kofi. And both kids are not Luke's. Did you even watch the movie? Ro's daughter is clearly Kofi's as well.
