Well, from what I've heard he had/has a reputation of not turning in work on time. I imagine reliability and punctuality are important traits for a company to take a risk spending money on a show.

me too. i'm usually pretty forgiving of newer shoes, maybe i'll check out it out again at episode 5 or 6, but this has none of the charm of Bob's Burgers' friendly goofiness.

It's just aggressively banal, and, so far, derivative (this is like Venture Bros without the adventure). They'd better make SOMEONE likeable, fast.

I dunno I am just not getting into this show. If the kid learns something at the end of the episode it might make him likeable but I have a feeling he wont. Its almost what the Quaqmire show would be like... I have a feeling it wont go past 7 episodes.

"Absolutely hideous" would be a too polite a means to describe this new show...

The other post, saying FOX should just turn off for 30 minutes, is really a better idea for them to do...

I don't get it at all. Is it really supposed to be funny, the 7 year old being sexually attracted to the heavyset, 60 year old principal? Well it's not. It's just creepy and revolting. Someone mentioned none of the characters being likable...the principal is the only character thus far that even comes close to being likable. And that's not a good thing.
