Joel Edgerton and Jason Clarke

So funny, I'm watching The Great Gatsby now and I said the same thing, they're both in Zero Dark Thirty. I enjoy both movies, different, Edgerton especially really good in Gatsby.

Another odd connection: two members of the kill team - Frank Grillo and Callan Mulvey - ended up on Hydra's Elite Attack Squad in the second Captain America film. Who knew they were old buddies with Star-Lord all along?

I read that Edgerton was the first choice to play Jason Clarke's FBI character (pretty big role), but he was unavailable due to a filming conflict. The movie makers still wanted Edgerton in the film, so he was cast as the head navy seal, a smaller part that began filming later than the FBI role. Nash Edgerton was also a navy seal.

Clarke was great in the roll. Edgerton was wonderful, even though he had only a handful of lines. His chemistry with Chris Pratt was excellent. Pratt provided a nice humor aspect to a very serious situation.
